4月22日の夜に保護してきたスパニエル。
1ヶ月が過ぎ少しは環境に慣れてきたみたい。今日は気合入れて耳の毛玉をバリカンでやっつけた。

背中の毛つやを見ると高齢に見えるけど、耳の毛をカットしてみたら何と幼い感じになってしまった。
しかし、その毛玉の大きさには驚かされました。放浪していてこうなったモノでは無さそうです。

来た頃（1ヶ月前）はこんな感じでしたが、今は体重も増えて走れるようになってきました。 

Kayaking trip on the Kitayama river from Ogawaguchi to Shitaki, 9km.

Customers came from Switzerland.

It was nice weather for kayaking just before rain.
 

We drove up to Tsu port to took a boat to go Nagoya airport.
8 days trip was over, we made small party last night & it was one of customer’s birthday party too.

It was one of the best trip I have ever done, interesting ocean, clearly fresh water, landscape, lots of laugh and good people.

On the Kitayama river, it was last day paddling for them.

We took out at noon & visited Nachi water fall, Kumano Nachi Taisha grand shrine & Seigantoji temple.

After sea kayaking & pilgrimage route hiking, we got down the “Kitayama” river from “Doro kyo” gorge to Ogawaguchi, about 9km.

It was good to be on the fresh water after enjoying salty water, enjoyed some training at the current.

We also went to Yunokuchi Onsen by tiny tram that used in the coal & copper mine after we set the camp. 

We hiked Kumano “Kodo” pilgrimage route from Hosshinmon to Kumano Hongu Taisha grand shrine.
Also we enjoyed meditation “Zazen” in Fukujuin Temple at Fushiogami. 

Everyone got nice sticks on their shoulder, it was fun to watch.

Day5, We left the Camp at Atashika beach, paddled to Odomari beach return, about 18km,
had fun at the rock garden and caves.
We moved to Yunomine Onsen in Hongu after paddling.

We visited & tried Japanese traditional dram “Taiko” last night, put some cultural experience in between kayaking. 

It was heavy rain last night, southern wind was still blowing in the morning.

But we already knew the paddling skills of all them,  

so we started paddle toward to Atashika beach, finally we paddled about 35km.

It was fun paddling for me, nice swells, waves, landscape and good kayakers together.

 We paddled from Furusato to Oyama Ura, about 23km.

We got nice south- west wind so surface was a bit interesting & exciting that was good for everyone.

We stayed “Oyama House” hostel to avoid the rain.
 

We got on the water, start paddling from Kowa Ura to Furusato beach, 23km.

We went through lots of caves and rock garden, it was fun to paddle.
